On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. PHW Health Fair - Free Healthcare Screenings

Join us on April 19, 2024 at the Mt. Ararat Community Activity Center for a free health fair! Healthcare screenings will be available for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and more. Attendees can also take part in exercise demonstrations and learn about various community resources. No registration is required but you can book a timeslot by calling 917-454-6976 (TTY: 711). Mt. Ararat Community Activity Center is conveniently located along bus routes 71A, 87, and 75.
