My Health Pays® Rewards
WellKids by PA Health and Wellness wants to reward you for healthy choices! Once you sign-up for the My-Health Pays program, you can complete activities like Annual Dental Visit, Child Well Visits, Flu Shots, and Postpartum Visits to earn rewards.
Use Your My Health Pays rewards to help pay for:
- Utilities
- Transportation
- Telecommunications
- Childcare services
- Education
- Rent
Or, you can use them to:
- Shop at Walmart for everyday items**

Healthy Activities Eligible for Rewards

$25 Prenatal Visits. Up to 3 rewards per pregnancy. | $25 Child/Adolescent Well Visit. Ages 3-18. One reward per calendar year. |
$10 Hepatitis A Vaccine. One per calendar year. | $10 Rotavirus Vaccine (3 doses). One per calendar year. |
$25 Lead Screening. Ages 0-2. One per lifetime. | $10 Flu Shot. One per flu season (Sept. 1 - March 31). |
$25 Infant Well Visit. Ages 0-15 months. Up to six rewards per lifetime. | $25 Prenatal Visit - First Trimester. One reward per pregnancy term. |
$10 MMR Vaccine. One per calendar year. | $25 Postpartum Visit. One reward per pregnancy term. |

You will receive your My Health Pays Visa® Prepaid Card when you earn your first reward from WellKids by PA Health and Wellness. Each time you complete a qualifying healthy activity, we are notified, and your reward dollars will be added to your existing card. It’s that simple DON’T FORGET TO KEEP YOUR CARD!

Members can earn up to $150 in rewards in a calendar year.
Members who come back to the plan after 90-days will need to sign up for the program again.
Once you complete a qualifying healthy activity, we are notified, and your card will be mailed to you. Remember to keep your card, as future reward dollars will be added to it for each qualifying healthy activity you complete. If you have questions, please contact us at 1-855-445-1920 (TTY: 711).
Once you receive your My Health Pays™ rewards card in the mail, please follow the instructions on the activation sticker. You will need to have your card with you to complete activation.
To check your balance, login to your Secure Portal account.
Funds expire 90 days after termination of coverage or 365 days after date reward was earned, whichever comes first.
