Here you will find everything you need to get the most from your child's WellKids by PA Health and Wellness coverage. From forms and handbooks, to helpful tools and guides, these resources are here to make it easier to understand your child's health care.  If you have questions about your plan or benefits, you can find answers on the member portal.

WellKids by PA Health and Wellness is committed to providing our Members with the resources they need to ensure the best possible care. In this section, we provide information and resources. This includes the member handbook, forms, and more. 

If you need help understanding any of the information, please call Member Services at 1-855-445-1920 (TTY 711).

Don’t forget, you also have access to helpful tools through your WellKids by PA Health and Wellness online account. 

What is Member Services?  

Member Services can help you with:

  • Finding a doctor or other provider
  • Getting a new WellKids by PA Health and Wellness Member ID Card
  • Understanding covered and non-covered benefits
  • Filing a Complaint or Grievance
  • Requesting a printed copy of our Provider Directory or Member Handbook
  • Reporting potential fraud issues by a Member or provider
  • Updating your address and phone number
  • Receiving new-Member materials  

WellKids by PA Health and Wellness’s Member Services are available:

  •  Monday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
